Our Team

After 38 years operating in the local marine market, Ocean Pacific proudly remains a family business. Although we have grown in size and capacity, our commitment to our guiding philosophy remains the same: people first. This approach guides our relationships with our team members, valued customers, and our community. Personal touch in the customer experience is made possible through new and long-standing relationships fostered with our community members and repeat customers.

What was once a small business venture undertaken by President Bruce Kempling, has grown to include his youngest daughter and son-in-law among the senior leadership. Consistent growth in project scope and required expertise has meant growing our boatyard team substantially while remaining an industry leader in quality assurance, safe work practices and environmental awareness. Dynamic growth is only possible with a dynamic team.

Put simply, what began as a family business is now a Business Family.

Today, the Ocean Pacific team is sought after by discerning mariners and regulated agencies, alike. Whether you require a repair or a re-build, our experts will have you enjoying worry-free freedom on the open water once again.
